Sudhakar leads technology and operations for S.O.A.R. Sudhakar is an IT and technology executive delivering leadership, automatization and process change for fortune 500 organizations. Sudhakar earned an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Computer in Information Systems from Kingston College, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Madras University. Sudhakar enjoys playing and watching football and cricket in his free time. Sudhakar is an elder at a local community church and lives in the Triangle area of North Carolina with his wife and two children.

Daniel leads strategy and ministry development for S.O.A.R. Daniel is a sales and strategy executive, having worked for both startups and fortune 500 organizations with a focus on business development and product launches. Daniel earned an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois. Daniel enjoys playing and watching football and basketball in his free time. Daniel is an ordained minister at a local community church and lives in the Triangle Area of North Carolina with his wife and four children.

Kanecia is the secretary and board member for S.O.A.R. Kanecia is an educational technology professional in sales and customer success. Kanecia is a former school teacher and holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education. Kanecia is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in K–12 Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Shailaja is a Board Member for S.O.A.R. Shailaja is an IT professional with expertise in web-based applications, project management, and quality assurance. Shailaja holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. 

Selvadurai Muthukani, an Engineer by profession and in his mid-seventies, has an inherent aptitude for public service. Inspired by the teachings of The Bible in Proverb 19:17, “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again”, after his retirement from active practice has created a Trust in the name “SIRAGUKAL TRUST”, meaning, if the poor and unaffordable people have to get their social status lifted on par with others, they have to be fitted with the wings called, “EDUCATION”. This is the vision and mission of the Trust and by self-contribution and collection of funds from the public, the TRUST with the support of a team of likeminded people and voluntary social workers, helps the needy to pursue their higher studies to enhance their employability skills and thereby their financial and social status irrespective of the nationality, birth and religion of the beneficiaries. While continuing the related activities, Selvadurai Muthukani is now keen in development of this trust by obtaining the recognition of Government of India and get its financial support through Government sponsored charity programs and through contributions from overseas also.
